The same happens with me but its completely random, i do have a good setup to play and still the game freezes and close sometimes, it doesnt happen with iRO Chaos but with Transcendence(already reinstalled the game but nothing happened :x)

Most likely caused by EAC, so kindly go through the troubleshooting guidelines here. See if anything help you resolve the issue. It may be also a corrupted game client, repatching the game manually should resolve any lingering client side errors. To manual repatch check this topic.

I tried everything and it didn't solve...

Have you double checked if you have any virtual machine app installed on your system? E.g bluestacks.

Does the auto shutdown happens immediately or while opening a certain application on desktop?

I don't have any of these apps! The shutdown happens a few seconds after starting the ragnarok, I can enter the game and play a few seconds, then close it alone without any msg.

Try Appcrashview, if there's a crash associated with RO it will display it.

I have money and I want to spend on this game, but unfortunately the support doesn't pay attention to me XD
