So with the skill re-"balance" update coming soon, maybe we could consider a case by case basis of 1st/2nd class skills that have been boosted by OCP items.
An example of an powerful 2nd class skill is Meteor Assault, where you can reach absurd levels of damage due to Enforcer Shoes. At best you get 650% which is 6.5 times damage, if it were to be reduced to providing only 10% of it's effect, it would still give a boost whilst balancing it out.
Of course there are skills that aren't as bad, such as Magnus Exorcismus where even though you can gain almost 6x damage, the base formula isn't so terribly high so it gives it a well versed buff whilst compromising of several key slots that make it unable to go too full ham.
There are only a few skills this would apply too. Granted, some 3rd class skills got buffed as well, but not much can be done there. Just a habbit of using the data obtained from the "Compiling Test Data Sakray" thread and cross checking with OCP items that buff skills.
