Would like to know what enchants I should aim for on my +10 holy stick.

spell enchants if you need the variable cast reduction

spell enchants also give alright matk

dex/int enchants can also be used to reach instant cast through stats

it's up to how you are building your character

So if I am not aiming for instant cast, I should go for spell? Is matk no good?

Spell enchants are the multipurpose enchant that does alot. Yes it would give more matk than the stat enchants.
