[Mod Response Added] Getting DC every time I log in

Today I was playing and suddenly the game starts to disconnect me every time I log in (it takes like 5 seconds).

It's not my internet because my brother use the same internet and he's playing with no disconnection.

Could someone help me?

It will require of them to investigate. They will send a response to the ticket as soon as they can, so kindly be patient :)

I hope they can fix it. So frustrating for me, I want to use my character :(

But PS. my other  chars were good.

even though I create new character on that account, problem still persist -_-

the disconnect issue was account bound. not character bound :(

Yeah, some of my accounts is getting DC, but some of them seems to be OK...

I've tested in another laptop Win7 based and it works, but still not working on Win10.
 
I think its something about win10 update, but I coudn't figure out yet.

As per their response, if the staff found no issues on their end then probably the game client downloaded a corrupted file or due to system setting. But please note, if the issue is only affecting a single account ID but you can login fine on another ID (using same device/connection) then please respond on the same ticket to investigate further.

 

If you you can't login at all then give manual repatch a try, this is to clear any possible corrupted game files:

I already tried to reinstall a lot of times and still no results.
I tried to log in on another device but still no sucess.

I think something is happening to accounts

I reinstalled the game and bypass Windows Defender and and still getting DC.
I was playing normally yesterday and suddenly this issue happened. I've been playing like two months in a row without any problem.

I already replied that I'm still having trouble, but nothing happened. I'm just waiting for efficient support

Hiro is my friend, its not connection problem, all accounts he loged in now have the same problem, accounts of guild playing PVM.

Now we have 5 accounts blocked for any reason and any answer of staff. I can play on my personal account, but the accounts of guild are geting dc after 1 second logged in.

 

How many time we still not-playing and what the staff will do to repair this ? Im losing VIP time.

 

And this is not the first time, a lot of players have the BUGs with EAC before, and now this...

 

How long ?!

One more day that I can't play...all I have as support is "Are you still having the issue?"...this could be a joke

One more day of my Premium Ticket

One more day with no maintenance...

A lots of BOTs is working regularly and honest players can't play because nobody support us

I can't believe this is the level of support that you have. Just unbelievable
Is ROT dying?

I open a ticket and have answer to open other ticket just because my main account on warp portal its not the same with bug...

Dammit, its a secondary account, its so hard to fix on problem in account ? Im not a bot trying to get unban or itens/equips, just have acolyte warper and sacer mvp support in the accounts.

How many days we need to get support here ?
