Returning player with bounty board quests to turn in but I am no longer in the range of the boards and can not turn them in. Is this a bug that can be fixed or am I just going to be stuck with these in my quest log forever?

Welcome back

The Bounty System has been revamped, if you have old entries from before it is highly possible you will not be able to finish them or turn them in using the new boards. The staff have provided temporary boards to get this issue sorted out. There's a good guide that can help you get started, see below:

The old boards should be at south-east area of Prontera city.

just a note, the old bounty boards do not recognize the new item VIP system.

 

i know this will be obsolete, but i had to waste a manual when i was turning in older set of bounties.

also I'm glad my guide has become useful for some people but can we please get a statement/update about the missing old bounties? I have like 2(?) on some of my chars that I can't turn in.

Deviruchi and Marionette can't be turned in.

 

I feel like there's more but I haven't done those quests in the past.

Can you PM me your name of character with the stuck quests? It should help the staff get this resolved quickly I'd say.

Just wanted to ask if this has been fixed already. Weeks have gone past but I haven't seen any mention in any of the patch notes yet.

Looking forward to getting vip for the alts just for this.

I'm having trouble with a Bounty Board quest.

 

I completed the 70-90 (Juno) bounty, and I killed 150 of each of the required monsters (harpy, goat, sleeper, and grand pecopeco). It says my quests are complete, but the bounty board will not give me a reward? In the quest menu, it says to 'Speak to Artie next to the Juno tool shop' but I don't see any NPC named Artie? I looked up the supposed coordinates of Artie, and it gives the exact coordinates of the bounty board... 

 

Not sure what I'm doing wrong?

@Jojo have you tried checking the old bounty boards at prontera?

same problem, on juperos quest, i have old juperos quest cant be report, my char name is Cyber-X
and other quest on marionette and deviruchi. please GM u can erase all my quest, is ok, like assasin quest job change and sonic acelaration quest, is stacking.

@Lago if the boards at prontera don't remove your bounties, you should try claiming at the new juno boards.
Some of the new bounty boards still accepted my old bounty quests from before.

If that doesn't work then you'll need to submit a ticket to ask for official GM help. GM's don't actually patrol these forums that often (or at all)
