Well, it's something that can make or break a deal.

Imagine you want to buy a weapon to fight people using evil druid, so you want a weapon that gives damage against undead, right?

Well, you go to the shopping board and see an amazing weapon, 60 atk, 25% damage on undead, and it's 10m.

 

But... is it undead property or undead race?

Evil druid makes you turn into undead property, but what if the 25% damage is against the race undead?

Hm, there's 2 of the same. I'd need to bring it up to the staff. One is race and one is for the property.

More clarification could be added, but unlike item description there's a limit afaik. The text may break.

This is a very important issue. Please fix it asap. If there's a limit to text characters (I assume thats what you mean by limit) please use another way to indicate it. Maybe Undead R and Undead P for race and property respectively. But not having a fix should not even be considered

Do we have their position about this? It is kinda of a big deal for some weapons and we can't buy all of them just to test it and discover it is not the thing we wanted.

I have made RO1 staff aware of the text issue and that it needs to be clarified better. There is no ETA of when it will be patched up.

Updates are normally posted in weekly patch notes, so keep an eye on those
