i would like to suggest Bound upgrade certs that when used bind the target equipment to you.

Binding Seal at 5,7,9 Weapon certificate
Binding Seal at 5,7,9 Armour certificate
Binding Seal at 5,7,9 Helm certificate

Binding Re-Seal plus 1 Weapon certificate
Binding Re-Seal plus 1 Armour certificate
Binding Re-Seal plus 1 Helm certificate

Binding an equipment makes them unusable in woe "guild wars"
Binding an equipment gives access to 1 more usable card slot.
Binding an equipment makes the equipment not able to be traded or vended.


Unlike Safe Refine Certificates
this certificate would upgrade the to the listed level and then seal it , the other one reseals it plus 1 level.
but render the item unalterable by any means other then further Binding Certificates.
UN-alterable "no more changes can be made to this item"

you could no longer..
remove cards or normally upgrade the item by any means other then the Binding and rebinding system
" you can still add cards to empty slots but be warns you can never get them off "

any cards or upgrades already present on the item would be locked in place.


it would be a fantastic reward to give out for new quests or server downtime even daily login rewards.
