This should be put in the actual Acolyte section but I would like to collect opinions all round on what everyones idea about this new skill re-balance is.

 

I'm thinking on one hand to get it simply because it does make my AB a bit more new player friendly as a support.

On the other hand, who doesn't have cast time reduction gears after level 120+? Even by that time a new player has at least got at least half the cast time reduction gears they need.

 

I mean what does the general populace think about this new skill re-balance for Suffragium? Is it worth dumping skill points into or is this another Slow Poison situation? I would like to hear some opinions about this.

i went for it.

it's so easy to use. dont even need to target chara, plus it's a aoe buff.
3 skill point. worth.

Suffra is a must now imo. I remember the days when I would spam suffra to a wizard, those sure were very tiring days.

Yes it is. If you go for fully support. Since ME now can deal Holy damage to monsters. I'm learning ME so I can do some damage in TI.

about that skill i remember you cant move while inside the skill range , i havent reset my AB and im a ME type too i rely on my +9 shrine maiden hat and 2pcs valk drop...

Same here. Now I need to sacrifice some skills to get all this updated skills that I neglected. Smh

Yeah that's the old rubbish skill. Doesn't even have a practical application whatsoever. Now, it's a pretty neat skill to get.

i just read and it say increase MATK 15% and ATK 25% (lv5) so meaning i can move using this skill if so how much the duration at lv5 ? im looking for mesmerize at prontera fountain but i cant find her , is he mention the one at the eden? im saving that one time reset there...

At lvl 5 it should be 40 sec. duration and 30 sec. cooldown. Best suited for Auto atk AB's with the 3rd class skill rework. But still going to get it for maximum damage.

Don't forget that Suffragium gives skill type variable reduction. It is multiplicative with the reduction given by stats and by gear%.

So if you have 80% reduction through stats, 40% through gear and Suff lv3(20% skill) your cast time will be the following:

100 - 80% = 20%
20 - 40% = 12%
12- 20% = 9,6%

90,4% reduction in total.


It's only really helpfull if the user/party member has a really s**t cast time. I'd avoid putting points into it.

Can be very beneficial for Trans Jobs in WoE TE, specially High Wizards, aside from that, it can't be felt.

i just reset and got basilica i forgot that this skill is bug , now im doing good at solo with my +9 shrine maiden hat and 2 valk drop together instant cast oration + lv2 odin's power i believe i can one shot rake/anler scaraba but that BB is for 140-160 for now im waiting the fix of basilica btw i didnt get the skill of suffra im just getting the sacrament instead ...
