An already submitted ticket that has not yet received a response should be okay. if they responded to you, You'll need to reactivate the ticket by giving another response. Keep in mind that this sort of directive takes about 24 hours to propagate to the entire team

I can't believe it takes so long to fix it, given that I provided evidence. The GM that responded to me on saturday should have taken care of it by then........

Because each shift has to come in and be talked to as they start. We have 24/7 staff on hand.

Yay, [Removed] told me to open a new ticket with the right email of the account. And then I get [Removed] to respond the new ticket with the same answer he gave 3 times already: 15 days wait.

I got [Removed] to respond but still under investigation, so I am not sure where this is going. Bought the card at high price so I can use right away but this is causing a huge problem to my leveling. Basically can't level my character at all since this is not fixed yet.
Others are probably even more affected, like VIP is expiring and they can't sell items because it's being held up

Same here. I made a ticket and reported what happened, only to receive an answer from one of the GMs (I'll keep his name private) that my merchant received the items I reported as missing and that there are no problems or issues or items to be restored.
Thing is my merchant never received those items.
I was farming Witch Starsands and Star Crumbs and the GM answered saying that my merchant received the so mentioned items that originated the issue, however I didn't.
The items received by my merchant, which were mentioned by him, are from farming Bathory's and such farming happened after I opened the ticket with my issue.
From such answer, to my deception, I can conclude they didn't even try to investigate the issue reported.
Oh well, I guess I'll never see my items back, might as well stop playing.

Couple of posts had to be edited out, please keep GM name, ticket number and content private. What's in the ticket is between you and the GM agent. We had issues of forgery/phishing in the past and wish not to deal with that again.
If there's an issue we will try to help.

I having a problem with a shop from one player in specific, tried selling items to that shop, i get the chat notification about the items being sold and the amount of zenny i should get but i dont get any mail in rodex with the money, it only happens with that specific shop, i have no problem with any other player buying items. The rodex notifiacion about a new mail keeps poping in but there nothing new, no matter how much i refresh.
This happens with 2 different characters in 2 different account.

When did you get this issue? This thread is for when Prontera and other zones were having an issue and Offline Vend sales were not being returned properly to users. Offline Vend will send items through Rodex, but regular vends will directly add to your inventory. The new notification icon is a known bug since launch, happens to inventory and other tabs too. User will need to manually click on the tab to make it disappear. If this doesn't apply to you then I'd suggest to wait on the ticket.

@Bleenck After I gave @VModCinnamon the ticket, GM addressed my issue. (THANKS CINNAMON ) I think you just need to get the GM's attention and Cinnamon can help with that it seems.

@fr33x don't worry mate. I won't give any work to Cinnamon, she's a volunteer. If the GM are not giving attention to support tickets, what are they doing? Cause bot are running free (10+ CCTV bots in Geffen Dun 2 for months and not a single ban).
@VModCinnamon I really, really, hope these guys notice that you are doing the most important job (which they don't give a fu) that is talking to THEIR clients. Without these people on the forum they are broke. I hope you get what you deserve, cause you do a wonderful job here.
