Server restarts completed. Mail seems to be functioning again. If ANYTHING went missing submit a ticket please so we can report it. Even if its your Jellopy collection.

Lost about 2mil zeny from buying something that never arrived. I sent a ticket, hopefully it gets sorted quickly.

I just send a ticket regarding this . I set up a vendor on pronthera and the items I tried to sell with the vendor simply disapeared when I used the Congsignment Merchant Voucher item.
This happened approximately 10 minutes before the server restart that fixed the issue people reported on this thread.
What is the average time response regarding this kind of issue?

Well, I'm very pleased with the response time to the ticket, getting a response in about two hours after I submitted it.
Not so pleased that the response was "wait 15 days and call us again." So I guess that item is gone forever.

Guess it varies, I almost submitted mine for 3 hours now and still waiting for agent

Yeah I didn't expect anything to get resolved until Monday at the earliest, which is why I was happy to get a response at all so quickly. Fingers crossed until then, I suppose.

On Monday we will bring this up to the GM Manager as they are normally available during office hours. Kindly be patient till then.

But you have to agree with us, patience is something you guys lost from us a long time ago.

Talked to the Head GM. They will start having a different policy for mail sent by the game server versus mail sent by players. If you are missing mail sent by the server (Offline vend, daily rewards, achievements) please submit a ticket and the GMs won't make you wait 15 days before they will handle it.

If we already submitted a ticket, should we submit another one? Or respond to our already open ticket? Or will it all be taken care of without our input?
