Purpose:
I wanted to introduce a hat that will focus around the more frequent use of Psychic Wave (i.e. making Psychic Wave as the core DPS skill).
The hat is inspired by the OCP item: King of Spirit Circlet but I have made some adjustments/restrictions to similar effects.
My intent is to have Psychic Wave be cast in between the other 3 AoE as the better DPS rotation while avoiding restriction in game play which is the reason for retaining the 0 sec cd for DD, VS and EG when combined with 2 Spirit King Ring.
Moreover, the lack of purely fire property AoE is the driving force for the improvement on Psychic Wave as the primary skill to use against mobs that are weak to fire (still requires Agni for endow).
I also provided some incentives that strengthens the support skills of Sorcerer.
Numbers and some effects can be changed depending on the effectiveness.

Purpose:
I've been meaning to build an effective auto-cast Chaser but the current auto-cast Chasers aren't really my cup of tea as it seems to be missing something.
Moreover, the future update regarding damage reflect will indirectly nerf the legitimate auto-cast builds so I really hope this hat would support the build from that and maybe push it even further.
However, I have little experience in playing Chaser so I am not sure how much the effects would help an Auto-cast Chaser but I believe this should be enough.

The goal is simple. Pick a class from the list below and submit a build idea. Once submissions are over (this will be 2 weeks after the IDs are confirmed to be available to WP), a process will begin that involves checking to see if builds are possible; and, after all is said and done everything will be submitted to a vote. Originally, I was going to use upvotes; however, as a lot of people won't pay attention until last minute it will most likely involve polls.
The build is used to promote any form of build without any limitations to imagination (obviously if WP themselves have an issue they will raise it when the time comes). I will however post a few guidelines to follow here:You can choose the following from the following classes:
- Don't post ideas that existing community headgear/s use; this is because they will eventually be re-balanced (when we get more patches etc).
- Keep to one headgear concept per post.
- You can use any existing upper slot headgear in the game. The only rules are they cannot be a rare costume or headgear (such as Lord Kaho's Horn). The hue of the items will change to prevent Strawberry scenarios.
- Explain what you are trying to achieve with your build.
