Hello,
I Transcended my Alchemist a long time back, Before I transcended I had completed the BioEthics Quest. Now I wanted to go and get the Bioethics skill again but for some reason the NPC will not allow me to get the skill back? Does anyone know how to get the Bioethics skill back as a Biochemist?

I figured it out, I went back to Valhala and spoke with the BioChemist NPC...
