I would like to know if the pilgrim shoes reduce cast delay (cooldown) of skill as it indicate per level or praefacio.

Does this reduce global skill delay apply to all of Priest skills?

Like what he said, cast delay does not equate to cooldown.

Cooldown is a different thing so the cast delay effect from pilgrim shoe will not reduce cooldown of ME.
