Problems when i try to play Ragnarok Transcendence

Hello everyone, im having this issues when i try to play. What should i do?
Im playing from Brazil.

And i also see this message when im try to register an account on Ragnarok Transcendence.

This problem is caused by newer AMD video cards. There is a file in the ragnarok folder called dbghelp.dll that can be renamed to dbghelp_old.dll and it should allow you to load the game.

still doesnt allow me to load the game now im  getting the  d3d error aswell now :(
