Which database should I follow for drops on RT?

 

Is there a specific item with an altered drop?

There is no currently accurate database for drops.

 

db.irowiki.org is mostly correct, but a large number of later game drops have been removed, and a large number of available drops have their drop rates reduced. But its the best I've found so far.
