Yesterday, without knowing, I redeemed WPE with GoCash card. It was succesful on GoCash site but didn't send me back to Warpportal so I didn't get any WPE. Also, I couldn't use that card again. What should I do in this situation? Please help me, It's like I paid for nothing. I was just unlucky to caught in the situation that the server was down exactly when I was supposed to get WPE.

I suggest opening a ticket rather than forum since no players can help you, only GM

The best chance is opening a ticket, good luck!
You'll get a response 2-3 weeks from when you send in your ticket. Lolol
