Coming back and trying to find out what I should be aiming for for DB RK now. There are so many new gears I'm not sure what is the best setup. I sold off my items for RK before quitting, so need everything.

 

So far I've got a baby dragon hat and fafnir armor (working on +7ing it atm) but not sure what the rest of the gear I should be aiming for... what accessories give the best dmg? Do you just stack aftercast reduction? Any new manteau and shoes to aim for? Right now I'm using a +9 Superior Enhanced Variant Shoes / +9 Immune Nydhoggr Garment that I had before, but am open to swapping to something newer if needed. I saw some other classes have boosted to heck shoes, is there a pair for RK I've overlooked? Is TGL still good for weapon? Or do you use a 1h and shield? And what cards are the best now? So much has been added since I quit, trying to figure out everything again.

 

My RK is 150 so bare in mind, just trying to level fast and efficiently (I guess in bio or clock tower?)

 

I tried looking up a build here but the search wasn't very useful and the stickies are all for aspd rk not db. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

There's not much variation in DB RK gear esp for leveling

Upper: At early stages of leveling at NCT, I use catherina von blood, at around 160++ I switch to RBDH so I can one shot big bells and rely on high sp pool + incubus for sustain
Mid: Diabolous Wing
Shoes: Temp Dex (EA4 + SoL/RM) - I find myself using RM more than SoL for leveling at NCT for the faster cast + more SP/damage. If you have the money, get a slotted one
Garment: FAW ea10 / mysterious muffler (Shooter/Deviant) - deviant not really needed unless you can't kite well
Accessories: PDM + Temp Ring
Weapon: +9 TGL ea10 (2*Kingbird)

For NCT, no need to achieve 90% acd. You may also want to get sp absorb garment if you have the funds

Black Feather are better upper headgear alternative than CVB for DB RK (RBDH still BIS though for now), since it adds +10 dex in exchange of missing 500 hp gain upon monsters kill, you can also avoid 5k hp & 500 sp drain penalty when switching headgears by wearing the feather, hybrid db-physical build can also enjoy its 100% def bypass feature for dealing with monsters that strong against fire & water (high holy & shadow monsters).

 

Jupiter ring is great alternative to PDM, that 24% HP/SP Boost and massive hard def & mdef you gain from 125 base vit status, technically its deviling card without elemental penalty.

 

New Wave sunglasses is good mid headgear alternative besides diabolus wings if you desire more acd, the bis would be kiel card on diabolus wings though.

alternatively you can also use slotted sunglasses / glasses plus mobscarf combo.

 

Lower headgears alternative you can choose are strawberry mouth guard (MHP) or tengu scroll (HP Leech) or Long Octopus Balloon / Banshee Master Kiss (MSP) or Happy Balloon (EXP)

 

Excelion Shield / Scutum Shield (if you own GTB) plus high refined Valkyrie Hammer (4 pcs powerful archer skeleton) BIS in damage until Illusion Tae Goo Lyeon Release.

 

Phoenix & Leviathan Muffler for tanking against massive Fire & Water damage.

 

Pororoca shoes for casting deluge on WDB usage damage boost plus bypass 20% high shadow & holy level monsters water elemental resistance / immunity.
