No, OB is meele. You will die to reflect and since you will most likely hit around 500-750k, you will die many times before you can take down 42m HP hard Amdarais.

if u insist on doing on ED/OB, you will need to bring a kagerou alt. Empty shadow removes reflect and works on boss.
Quite troublesome yes, but at least you can have another 2 contaminated magic for it.

start up with ED/OB and finish it off with VP/CS.
