Happened to a weapon i was upgrading. It downgraded from +10 to +9 while using a HD Bradium. Is this intended or is it a bug?
I remember when i played on Valk server, that once a weapon reaches +10 it cannot downgrade unless we use a normal Bradium which will downgrade by 3 levels.
