Activity points are not playing out very well, and very poorly thought out. It takes a really long time to build up enough points for your class to use your ‘finishing move’ which for many classes is a similar attack as one you already have with the only difference being three times stronger, at the cost of 10 skill points!
There is no new utility in any of the classes except for buffs to do more damage, skills that do more damage and nothing else, no new play styles, just press button for more damage.
The most innovation is perhaps Imperial Guards but only because they have to choose a stance between defensive and offensive before using skills.
It feels like half of their strategy was to give all classes high damage aoe with a stronger finishing move, but then thought hang on, ‘what about woe’ and started to change some skills, but gave up halfway after realising they didn’t care.
Which classes would even benefit from spending skill points on a ‘once per ten minutes’ higher damage skill – MVP hunting where you need to build up activity points? You would probably only be able to use the skill once per MVP.
