hi i am pretty new to Ragnarok Transcendence, my assassin is level 99 and I saw on youtube and google search, that you can undergo rebirth and access higher character levels.

 

however when I go to Yuno and look for the NPC named "Metheus Sylphe" (as per my google search) he isn't there.

 

1. is rebirth available on ragnarok transcendence?

2. is there some other way to undergo rebirth- its not this NPC, some other way?

 

any inputs and suggestions would be helpful on this
