Hi is there a way to make a new chara if you already max 15/15?
No I don’t want to delete my chara. I know some people have access to 27/27 chara?
No I don’t want to make a new id. Because I’m lazy to switch and dealing gears I rather have everything into one easy to switch gears with all the account bound items.

Please let me know if there is a way thanks.

Login to you warp portal account then powerup. Create or link another account and make a novice. Buy that $20 kafra points then there’s that value added service. Transfer novice from newly created account to your main. When I did this last time those GMs are not aware so I had to file a ticket then they processed it after maintenance.

Transfer characters between accounts under the same Warp Portal main account.

Acc A has 15 chars
Acc B has 12 chars

Transfer all Acc B chars to acc A through the Value Added Service. (1000wpe + 500 per additional character iirc)
To note, deleting any character on an account that is exceeding the maximum conventional slots will not allow you to create another in it's place, you'll need to make a transfer again to ocupy that slot.

Is there a way to transfer something from different email?
Aka a friend of mine quit can I transfer his chara to me?
