Nerf Bowling Bash/Brandish Spear when? When are you going to fix the Blacksmith's Forge? Is that also in this month's plans?

Swartzwald Republic with 2 of the dungeons being made into fever fields as well as a small story line quest. Were also putting the finishing touches for the mass brewer npc. Previously the republic was divided up by city for updates but since were behind were going to just do that region in one go.

Does this mean that we’re getting Odin’s temple and Thanatos tower too? What about Kiel and Juperos?

or is it just lighthalzen, hugel/abyss, and einbroch?

I haven't had time to test as much as I would like on the balance. In regards to the blacksmith stuff. That is an exe update and needs studio support.

 

Please test with normal gears and normal weapons. No Godly or over up boss drop weapons should be basis of testing. This being said, pike is the only weapon out there for one hand spear. Two hand spear should be out of the question as it does sacrifice the shield. 

 

OMG I can't believe we even talking about nerfing Brandish Spear as it can easily get reduced and blocked. 

 

BB is the killer at WOE not Brandish spear. 

 

I think Bowling bash should be capped to 3 hits in WOE.

Sinking more zeny should be something we consider in the coming months. 

 

The server really need this, please, consider bringing it as fast as possible, perhaps some NPC to invest our zeny in exchange of some consumables?

Campitor, whatever nerf you are planning to bring to the 2 skills, please limit it to WoE. Knight class becomes pretty medikore in Trans and is used mostly as a punching bag.

Could you check who is buying all the OCA's for 40m? It's weird that a person have that much zeny to buy SO MANY for that high price. If you check who is buying then you might find a possible exploit.

Not just that. Raydric cards, Mufflers etc. Someone is buying them all out of the market and reselling at higher and different prices. I wonder who has such amounts of zeny? Professional bot companies? Botters? There is no way a regular player playing fairly can make that amount.

I've never saw that in my hole life. 7 of my 10 friends on the server have already @quit server. Bad administration, no support for players (only one who tries to help is Cinnamon who is MIA from a long time), no new content even with weekly maintenance of 4+ hours... wtf is this server? Is this a company for real? Ain't u guys being too damn proud of absolutly nothing? Why warpportal haven't learnt NOTHING with ragnarok Re:Start???!! Hire more ppl if u are unable to do at least a quick maintanance... I'm not farming anymore on this server, I've gave up, only loggin for WoE. Never saw a company so bad at administrating a 20years old game. Wtf is that?

We already know there is a plan for a big update monthly, however it has been 3 or so months without one

As much as i hate the lack of addition of content in the game, with the current issues in the world and usa, is pretty understandable if they cant update as regularly as expected.

 

dude, a lot of adm of privates servers knows how to do a weekly mantainance of less than 15minutes and they add content faster than warpportal. That's not a excuse, programmin rag is so freakin easy and also u can do it from ur home... the virus situation is not a excuse at all, if it were it would be pointless those 4hours for removing ONE FREAKIN NPC. WTH is that, this is a 'oficial' server?!!?!

While I am grateful for the XP and loot increase, it concerns me that the event will happen concurrently with the existing bot problem. I'm concerned that the server will have a hyper inflation problem, which in turn hurts user journey, which then leads to a decrease in the server population. 

 

From a top of the funnel perspective (think of a funnel wide at the top and narrow at the bottom with fresh new accounts making the top of the funnel), new users join the server, hit 99 then goes on the market to improve their equipment. Currently, for any legit player, buying any decent gear with desired stats is getting more and more unreasonable with inflation. Most nicely stated weapon/armor would be purchased at an unreasonable price from a bot farmer at 40 million zeny. That user can then decide whether they want to farm 40M zeny, which in turn most would give up and quit. This effectively limits any population growth and well geared players quitting due to low activity.

 

Analyze what the retention rate looks like and compare against cohorts based on new account creation by month. It should give you an idea as to how fast that top of the funnel is shrinking.
