So, basically you can refine from +4 all the way until +10 without safe certs anymore.

Go gamble if you don't want to use certs. There is no other way to reach to +7 safely unless with certs. The best that you can do if you really want to not spend on certs is hunt ori and crimsons. Have you WS or Mecha upgrade them then turn them for certs. Granma Boxter 2 of same cert = 1 cert of your choice.

+9 Gears / LVL 4 Weapon + HD ores = 10% to +10

 

Offcourse we choose the Enriched lmfao.

 

It still RNG but it's better like this.

To eat gear. The mimic on Eden. A +7 gives 1 for success, pieces of ores on fail; +8 gives 2, 1 on fail; >9 gives 5, 2 on fail.

Although, based on the post you don't have to- just use enriched from +5 to +10.

It actually wasn't copy pasted, because Astra actually edited this line of text from when she first posted the thread to [some point later on]. She was probably trying to have it be clarified.
 
The point is that the free skill/stat reset was removed entirely. The Mesmerist had overstayed their welcome from the Eden Group and got kicked out, along with the clown. This has been announced for at least all of May's patch notes that I'm reading via the PlayRagnarok website (it's feed view, so less clicks into individual threads)

You can still reset stats by going to Sam Status in Payon, for the cost of varying amounts of Magical Stones.

Can anyone explain why the Costume Fox Hat from this month's daily login rewards is occupying the costume slots from upper, middle and lower? Is this some kind of bug or the description of the costume is just an error and it should really be occupying all 3 slots?

Tbh, there is only limited thing WP can do. If Gravity doesnt send fixes, they cant do anything and Gravity probably ignores iRO a lot because we're just bunches of F2P freaks. Though, for sure, they could'v done a better for the 17th Anniversary, but that's ok. I'm sure they're busy doing more important things.

If Camp or GM team played the game itself, they would nerf MA first, so people would not just need the shoes and clear 99% of game contents = loss in revenues. No more OCPs. No more refinement. Nothing. I mean some people still complain about VIP when its' already so cheap. But again, people would complain if MA was nerf'ed

Seems alot of the newer generation of players don't seem to understand that WP does not own shares in Gravity and is merely a publisher platform for RO for us. As much as we all want our content fixes and updates, all we can do is ask politely for it and wait as our overlords over at Gravity dictate what they want for us and when. It is disappointing to know our GM team and Camp have to take that kind of heat from the player base about that still in this day and age (baring player tickets, even I feel their response time really needs a huge amount of work on and general player support for resolving issues is still really offsetting. May need to refresh everyones training regime there).

Don't really care if MA is nerfed or unnerfed as I don't really PvM and not that GX owuld be a problem to me in WoE if we had one lol.

Its just that, WP is probably ruining their game cus if many player GX, which is so broken, then people don't need to spend a lot to gear up, less money for WP. But I'm sure some other people think that by nerfing MA would ruin the game. So ... its about perspective hahaha
