the title of the topic is highly explanatory, which is more suitable for pvp, resistance to neutral damage of 20% or +100 of Def for example?

Definitely Def+100. If it's PvP/WoE we're talking about. Almost everyone who PvP's and WoEs use items to self endow their weapons to other properties....there goes all your Def Neutral Property gear...

Yes def +100 works well in pvp as mentioned by Hiban. Also alot of players uses %dmg to neutral properties on their weapon stats

neutral resistance only works very well mostly in pvm.
