Old Bone Circlet [1] enchant need advice

base on ur experience, how many CF did you spend until you get Magic Essence ?

its all lucky draw. The chance for any enchant is equal so you really just have to pray to RNGesus. I had my magic essence in GX in 150 frags for example, but on my gene after 1k+ frags now still no ME.

 

Btw, if you are getting it for MA, your OBC can be totally +0. There are no benefits to upgrade at all (1%hp every 2upgrade doesnt count LOL), unless you want to slot in a seyren windsor for more str.

Lower agi builds could benefit from the +1% aspd per upgrade level bonus, as this can translate to faster spamming of backslide and MA.

I read somewhere in the forums (sorry can't reference which post it is) that for an MA build with an OBC ME3 there should be at least 175 aspd for spam efficiency (which I guess deals with cast animation delay of MA). Could someone confirm this?

anything, at all, in the game, has it's spammability gated by aspd/delay/cooldown

tldr: look at any Roling Cutter, or any skill based GX, and throw the aspd part out (at 0.5s cd you need 175 aspd)

Hi Ash, now I remember when you mentioned this in the MA guide. DId I understand this correctly (based from what I said above)? With "spam efficiency" I mean that given that you have obc me3 and at least 175 aspd then you'd be dealing exactly 1 MA per 0.5s intervals? As oppose to having less than 175 aspd then you'd be doing 1 MA per >0.5s intervals? Is it just like how DB RKs are affected with cast animation delay (arm swing per DB cast)?

took me around 300 CF to get ME, and spend another 200 CF and still +1 (it got to +2 twice)

i did buy 2k pcs  CF and buy luck i got it in the first enchant and it took me only 100 pcs CF to get ME3 thank for all of the advice.

Before the MA update, MA could be spammed way way way more because it worked differently, after cast delay was in play as well as aspd, but now it has a .5 cooldown that cannot be reduced. The only thing that affects it at this point, is the animation delay, which doesn't seem to be much of a problem when having 168+ ASPD. Don't know what the cut off is, but when ASPD is too low, you can see/feel the difference when casting MA.
