After scouring the forums for any info that might be of help, and also submitted a ticket, it all came down to this: send a fax to Support with government-issued documents with your picture like military ID, driver's license, passport etc.
I admit I was taken aback to be asked for such private info just to change an email login of a game. The posts I scoured mentioned this is to verify that I am truly the owner of the account I wish to modify.
The thing is when I signed up for a WP account I entered only certain info like email, account ID, game ID and date of birth. I left the address/postcode/state/country etc. areas blank. So I was wondering even if I did fax them private info like pictures and real addresses, how would Support be really sure the info I sent was really mine?
I don't know about other people, but well... I'm a private person so I'm not sure if I'm comfortable doing this. 
Any advice?
