I would like to know if it's legal to have multiple accounts on Vending on the same computer, while i'm at work?

Yes it is allowed to multi client as much as you want.

 

Just be aware that EAC (easy anti cheat) is a drain on the CPU's resources. And if your CPU is running at near capacity, EAC will often randomly close your RO client . . . because it thinks the only explanation for a computer's CPU to be at near capacity is because you must be running cheats in the background. But that's a different story.
