Need help, my account was prohibited to log in until 2067, for no reason

It sounds like you got banned. What do you mean the by ticket system is not working? Are you unable to put in a ticket, or you have put in a ticket and they just haven't responded yet. In any case, you MUST go through the ticket system to ask them to unban your account.
Back in 2016, I had one of my alt accounts banned. It was just an account that had a String/Sensing slave bard on it. I explained that I sometimes lend that account to my friends and it turns out it was one of them that got banned. The GMs were kind enough to unban that account. So good luck with getting your account back.
