I lost my Succubus pet some how, and I happen to be recording,

and I find that when I was afking, auto feeding inactivated itself by system!!!

 

is it a bug? anyone know why and how to avoid that?

 

do you think I can get my pet back by sending a ticket with the replay?

 

btw, the replay is very long, how to replay it at the middle time?

Never experienced that.

Did you perhaps return your pet to an egg then hatch it? If so, then by default, your auto feeding is off. Whenever you hatch a pet, the auto feeding is off and this is a default. You need to always turn it on after you hatch an egg.

Yes a succubus pet is very expensive, highly demanded by thirty players. Might try your luck submitting a ticket. Though pretty sure the false came from your side, but they may make an exception.

Did you put it back into egg and re-incubated it by any means? Basically whenever when you put your pet to inventory and hatch it again,the autofeed is inactivated. You will need to reactivate it. Painful mistake for me since i lost a succ pet that way couple weeks ago lol.

No I didn't put it back into egg and re-incubated it, I have a recording showing that it is being with me all the time.

I surely know re-incubated need to set it auto-feed again, but this is not the case T_T

how much is it ? and.. whe demanded by thirty players(why exactly 30 you know?)

You should always double-check if the Auto-feed is ON / OFF.
