Can't access PowerUp page

Everytime I try to access the PowerUp page to credit some WPoints, the page stays blank and doesn't finish loading. I've already tried on Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer and even on my cellphone. 

The stranger thing is that yesterday by the morning the page was working fine.

I still got this error. I could access only once and then it got all blank, it's been like that for days now.

I bought Some kafras from My phone, on Power Up Page but when i placed order, transaction failed and money still was charged from My account... Money is not free and havent received my product

I can't acess power up for 1 week now. When i enter the page is blank and after i refresh this message pop-up every time:

 

secure.warpportal.com says

This Access Is Not POST!!!

same issue here, by checking the source code of the page, I got content down below

Not sure how many others are experiencing this issue, but I was seeing the same thing as ianlang.

 

I opened a support ticket and they suggested using your phone on mobile data, which worked for me.  For whatever reason their payment page seems to have some sort of ISP or region block. As soon as I connect to my wifi with my phone and refresh the page it won't load.
