Support ticket wait times

Hey,

I have a support issue and created a ticket on June 27th and there still has been no answer/fix.

Is this normal?

Ps. I will gladly share ticket details/number if requested.

Send a pm to Campitor with your ticket number. Your post will hardly be seen by staff.

Sending a ticket to Camp doesnt guarantee it will go faster because Camp might not even see it. I bet Camp's PM is submerge with tons of random PMs.

 

Anyway, if submitted since 27th and have not got a single response from GM, then yeah that's strange. From my experience, GM always answers back in a day or so that they've received my ticket, and that they are now investigating the issue, then it may take less than a week to solve my ticket. Even the worst case I've had which took around few a week and few days to solve the issue, GMs and I exchanged many replies and each reply took a day or two,  back and forth.

The thing is I can't even log into the warpportal website at all with my actual old warpportal account.

I keep getting the "You are not in an allowed territory to view this content." Error.

Now, I'm aware that since I played iRO last in 2012 or 2013 there apparently was some sort of region ban installed. And since I'm orginally from Europe that is the issue I guess.

However, funny enough I actually moved over the pond in 2013 to north America so my IP address should be good, it's just my account information itself hasnt been updated in about 8 years or so.

I just didn't expect trying to play ragnarok again would be such an ordeal.

And yes I can easily create a new account except I played iRO on and off since the beta in 2003 and I'm somewhat attached to my characters and items.

Recently there has been an exploit and because of that, more tickets. Plus there are some staff coming back from the holidays.

 

What is the ticket about? Maybe it's something we can help you with?

As per usual, you should make a follow up email responding to the ticket email in your email box. A follow up email should be made in <3 days. If there's still no response after 1 or 2 follow ups, then should message the head directly. P.S. The GMs usually reply the ticket/mails really fast.

My ticket too about 2 weeks now and no response...but its regarding Re-Roll for bugged enchant weapon, garment and shoes.
