Hello, I want to ask does Asprika reduce monsters normal attacks? I'm confused as I read through the forum that say that monsters normal attacks are non-elemental property not neutral. So does Asprika reduce non-elemental attacks? If it does reduce, so does it mean that Raydric reduces 20% normal monsters attack, Asprika 30% reduction normal monster attacks and Deviling reduces 50% normal monsters attacks? Just wondering as I read through the forums and alot of people keep saying that Asprika is a useless item to have. But if it does reduce 30% of monsters normal attacks then it is probably useful for PVM in general.

Im pretty sure it just reduce physical melee attack by 30%. No reduction for everything else.
