Hello guys,

 

I'm new to renewal mechanics so, the point is:

 

Which would be better for a bowling bash WoE oriented build: one handed sword of spear?

All i see in shops are Pike[4].

 

Is there any one handed sword that is better then Pike[4]?

 

And what about cards... when i played the game, would be 2hydra/2skel but nowadays % racial dmg seems not that much. So, what would it be?

Bowling bash deals more damage using two hand sword type weapon after rebalance update. So we can scrap off the use of one hand sword for knights.

Pike[4] is much better if it has 50-60 atk enchants with 11-15% dmg to neutral which is usually a very good weapon for Brandish Spear in WoE. If i were you, i will put 4 archer skel to the pike instead of racial cards because increase in ranged dmg% adds increment to all atk modifiers instead of racial cards alone

Thanks bro. I've returned to RO 3 days ago and the game is so much different. I used to play LK for around 2010/2011.

 

Well, i dont even consider the use of a two hand sword in PvP/WoE enviroment and like u said, one hands are off the table. sadly

 

You said about brandish spear, and the archer skel cards make sense since its now considered ranged dmg. But:

1. Would it be the best combination? Something like 1 Hidra / 2 Archer Skel / 1 Zipper (or worker skel, lets suppose) can't outdamage it?

2. Is there any place, calculator or w/e i could simulate this stuff?

3. BB does higher damage then BS in WoE? Or not? Even if spear is "best suited" for brandish, could we say it is superior then BB at WoE enviroment?

1) 4 AS are the best. We already tested everything.
2) No calcs for Ragnarok with rebalance skills.
3) BB is good only for 3+ Monsters/players and using 2 handed sword. BS you Just need a 1 handed spear and can deal high damage in a single target.
