The guard will unequip for you. Not sure if it works on costumes.
Be careful not to memo a spot where the guards dialogue would appear and then grief warp players there during woe.

If you know AHK, u can change enterkey spam to left mouse double click spam, and move mouse in alt-q window to undress.
if AHK is too much trouble for u, just use your slave wraper to send yourself to payon to stripe gears.
