hello good morning,

It's been around 5 days and I didn't get a answer, the WPE was not credited and I didn't get a refund on the purchase since the chosen payment method claims that the purchase was successful, could you please check?

I intended to use the kafras points in the Mad Bunny Event and soon there will be another maintenance...

Send them a ticket. Same happened to me saturday, they've just replied and added the WPE.

Send ticket, the same with me, they fixed it and said that they are with some problems about it, trying to fix

What the hell? That service works for a handful of other countries, so that's odd. Noticed the same for the BoaCompra method, which in fact used to be available for more people 2 months ago.

Quite interesting. Didn't knew that it was also available for other countries.
