First of all, english is not my mother language so I`m sorry if I type incorrect words.
I'm waiting for almost 2 weeks my reroll for wrong enchants that Campitor told we could open a ticket to ask for. I opened a ticket, and they literally have no idea of what to do or how to reroll. I PMed Campitor about this and I got no response.
So I have one question: Why can`t the staff fix the errors created by them?
