Did you have dragon, falcon, warg, cart on? Iirc these should be off

Make sure to use up all of your skill points, too.

i was soooooo excited about trying the build i had in mind and then this happens....

 

a real shame now im feeling sooooo down i dont wanna know anything about this game now

If your on renewal, there's an NPC in izlude that gives unlimited skill resets if your lvl 99 or below.

Do you have vip token of sieg you need to used all that -_- go to ti kill ur self repeatedly and using vip token to ress ur self after that you should be able to use the neuralizer

Make sure to put everything in storage, even the items with 0 weight

ya i dont have anything on me, i did have like 3 siegfried tokens so i died and used them up and its still not working....

 

whatever i just learn the hard way to never buy something that i would use ill sell that stuff instead.

 

im stil playing with the wrong spend skill points but well this game doesnt give a little tiny bit of support and the dont care hahaha

Put everything in kafra all the stuff that char bound go to any npc sell it. Make sure you are really at 0 weight

Are you equipping anything on the second tab of Equipment page? Like Shadow gear for example.

 

BTW, each character can reset points and skills with NPC in Eden right now. You don't need to remove any item or make the weight 0 to use the service.

I have tried everythingggg i hoped that after maintenance i could use it but nope still the same -_-...

 

And i used the eden reset at the first run to 99 wanted to try the bolter sage thingy.

 

But oh well whatever ill stay slaying magmarings till job lvl 30 i guess i have a loooooong run before me.

 

i´m just pretty upset that there is not an easy way to get help from the support team if there is 1 which i doubt, but oh well karma is a bit... so im glad im not from that "support team"

They should be working. Do you get any sort of error message? What server are you on so I can test?

Nope, dont get any message it just doesnt work.

I used a Neuralizer not too long ago, they should work.

I experienced the same few months ago , trying all towns then luckyly worked on one cant remember if its hugel,juno or ein

I had an novice adventurer suit, that was  it, it worked now, i thought it was one of the eden equipments hehe
