I've spent about 100 pet food each on my two Masterings, and neither one has gone past Neutral loyalty. I have heard that auto feeding does not work well to raise loyalty. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get my pets to become loyal?

Mastering get 1 point for each food that he eat, its more fast if u give food when he get neutral that u let at the auto food, he got neutral and get the food u'll get more fast the loyal, it's like 50% less time that the auto food.

I'm doing this with my Angeling, and about the 100 food, 250 ~ 749 u'll need give 500 food for he get cordial and after more 150 for loyal

You need -at most-  650 hours (27 days) of autofeeding for it to go from neutral to loyal.  You got a long way ahead of you.
