Hello, i'm looking for a solution on how to solve this problem. I registered warpportal with my email. It is very long time ago. Probably when i was kid. The problem is i completely forgot that email details which is the password. I cant accesa the email to read inbox. I also try many things to recover it but it doesnt work. The problem is i still can play ro registered under that email because i still remember my login details on warpportal also the login account details. The problem now when i try to verify item, the warpportal team ask me to use the email registered under my old email. Is there any way that i can transfer my game details from old email to the new email?or is there anything that i can do to solve this?

It doesnt work because i didnt save any detail on it. I cant even remember what is my recovery email or recovery hp number. I have change alot of number for the last 10-15 years.

recovery email option never appear on that old email, you can just add recovery email on that account.

i try recovery my yahoo but it doesnt work at all

Or you can send a ticket and prouve that it's really your account that you're trying to retrieve.

And here's my point: let's say you're being hacked by somebody and you didn't notice because for X reasons you didn't notice that somebody else is also using your account so the hacker could request a "Character Switch" from an account to another and then get away with it.

i believe they have some way to settle this issue.. i managed to recover my old account from way back in 2006-2007 with only details of login id and characters in the ID.. might take a few emails back and forth, but they can recover your old email..

 

i recovered my old email (used hotmail which is waaaaaaay ancient email) and from there, i can manage to recover the email by sending request to hotmail itself...
