You have to do The Cat World Quest in order to start 16.1 Quest
Waiting for 17.1 Quest, going to do a Video About it too
Remember You dont Need to kill Bijou to start 16.2 Quest
You Only Need damage for killing Elena Bolkova (has something Like 200k hp? wind element)
