So whenever I start my RO client, it repatches the one that was issued yesterday, and this shows up "Failed to get 2020-08-20data_gm_r.gpf file." This problem was like this since yesterday and I already tried reinstalling it. Anyone know a way to fix it?

Must be because of its large filesize.
You can manually download the client patches from here:
ftp://ropatch2.gravityus.com/patch/
Just get the patch that you're having trouble getting, and move it directly into your \Ragnarok folder. Next, run the patcher and you should be good to go
