There are a lot of Ragnarok Online servers available out there. Most of them have high sever rates. Does "high server rates" mean high expedited speeds in leveling up a character?

 

I don't like high expedited speeds in leveling up a character. You don't bond a relationship with your characters that way and of course it's just way too easy. It's not fun. That's why I prefer iRO. But these high-rate servers do still interest me if they have a lot of players playing them.

 

Anyway my main question is does "high server rates" equal high expedited speeds in leveling up? I don't understand "high server rates" hence the question haha.
