So my characters are in Al De Baran now, and I want to teleport to Juno which I remember supposedly available at the Kafra the last I played, and where I look it's stated in iRO wiki also(no guarantee accurate and up to date I know).

 

But the Kafra only shows 1 option - Geffen. Was that changed? Or is bugged?

I believe Kafra's Teleportation service options become very limited when the player isn't VIP

As kunknee said.
Kafra warp from Aldebaran to Juno is VIP-locked now.

You can still use Keiki (southwest along outside of inner wall at Prontera) to warp from Prontera to Juno
