uhm i hope not because manipulate refine effects of gears is not ok.

This is probably better than changing/nerfing the overall effect (imo). Some server like bRO also changed the refine level requirement (not sure if every items there are treated like this?)

Still, at least its "only" +12 not some crazy high levels lol

And iRO probably just got told to implement the items as it is sent by kRO

Why only +12? Should be +14 since they're so easy to  get from the keys. All previous OCPs should be rebalance and make them to +14 to +15 too lol

Mysterious Life Potions from the Sampler box in the Cash Shop aren't stacking.  Would of been good to double down and add them with the WoE Teleport scrolls but need to be added to the stacker list.

Could you please add a new bounty board?

 

For a high level player, there are almost no bounty board for them. For example, if you are level 165+ you have only big bell, verus, and lab5.

 

Especially, there are some new monsters in sp_rudus2 and sp_rudus3 such as Mutant Dolor, Plaga, etc. Could you please add a new bounty board for these 17.1 monster?

 

Also, if possible, please add a new bounty board for another dungeon

Why did you Disable Windows and symbols from NPC when you update 17.1 ? (For example Alberta's npc in port had a chat windows with the city they transporte you).

 

Please update max weight 70% and forbidden zones to click in maps.

Kindly fix the item Valkyrie Cape [1] as per description kagerou / oboro job class character can also wear this on but its not working right now . It keeps on saying " You can put this item on " whenever I try to wear it on my kagerou character . Please Fix it ASAP !!! . Thanks

The True Hunting gears from Royal Hunt event are actually decent gear for newbies who don't have better alternatives yet.

If you wanna survive newbie stage of RO, adapt the mentality of working with what you have

there use to appear an icon at the bottom right corner of the screen when taking new missions/quests and now is gone too. my guts tells me its all related to castle flags too. all went down with the 17.1 update.

Don't make this a server vs server thing.

All I'm trying to say is to maximize whatever opportunities you get (like events that give free gear) and constantly improve upon your character on a pace that you're capable of.

you don't need end-game-gears to enjoy the game, the process to achieve that end-game-gears/setup/state that what really matter.

 

what we enjoy playing this game is the adventure/experience to achieve one goal (you name it)

 

too easy to get end-game-gears turn to quick quitter

If it's not your concern, then why do you keep bringing it up? #statingfacts

We also help new/returning players here too btw, so most of them that I've encountered are doing okay.
