To whom it may concern,

 

From my business perspective, iRO should promote content or updates that encourages teamwork.

An example would be offering hard-mode options for instances that actually is HARD, meaning un-SOLO- able even with the aid of Cash Shop items.

This way, anyone playing it is encouraged to actually form teams and if available players for teams aren't enough, chances are they will encourage future players to enter the game.

Please make sure that it is worth doing the HARD mode by giving rare rewards you can only get from there like cards and all.

Just want to give my 2 cents for this game, because I love it. Free advice from me is free, take advantage of it.

I propose adding the Malus effect of Card drop, Weapon drop and Armor drop goes to 0% for certain OCP items......lets say it starts with the Enforcer Shoes.

Sorry man but that "Malus" word is new to me. Would you mind educating me by giving a resource about it?
