Hello Everyone,

 

 

Were going to be restarting these weekly threads as a way to better communicate with community.

 

 

1. My weekly Schedule for the coming week - Now that the back end updates and basically functioning and this several months long project is done. We can turn our focus back to bug smashing and fixing user concerns.

2. Information Regarding Last Night's Update

  • Kublin now had a 4 hour respawn but a spawn in each realm.
    • Were going to be watching the activity surrounding his spawns. I am not exactly a fan regarding a guild's ability to shut down other timezone's access by just not turning in the Hoe and may be making other adjustments.

3. Update for 10/29/2020 Our intended patch is as follows

 

RO1

  • Reset Cat Hand Investment so as to start on Thursdays again.
  • Fix the button not highlighting right in the OS enchantment Window
  • Add all Kachua sale box items to stacker that aren't there already
  • Trick or Treat Event
  • Other Bug Fixes

RT

  • Endless Tower
    • This needs extensive testing.
  • Nameless Island
  • Fix Achievement OCA
  • Add Latest Monsters to current OCA/Achievement OCA
  • Food Creation NPCs
  • Trick or Treat Event
  • Other Bug Fixes

 

I will be updating the thread after my meeting with the Customer Service Lead/Manager. Topics we need to discuss are the hacking cases, guild fix requests going very wrong, and the retraining of agents.

 

If you have any concerns please post them in this thread during the next few hours and I will try to answer today

Endless Tower Restrictions

Currently on the renewal server endless tower has a full week cool down between runs possible for characters. Through shenanigans it is possible for a user to do 3 full instances every week to farm mvps. This setting was a compromise done at the time to create a balance between users being locked down of the instance, and users able to repeat the instance as many times as they would like for 4 hours. This has never made us happy.

 

For RT were going to try something different in summary the changes will be as follows.

  • Cooldown 36 - 90 hours depending on feedback
  • No Re-Entry, DC or Die you are done for the day.
  • Upon entry the user will recent 2 tokens of Siegfried with a limited life span of 4 hours. Keep in mind that the system will use the token that is closest to the first slot of your inventory. These tokens are character bound.
  • There are no planned changes to the monster composition.

We would like your thoughts on this.

 

Edit:

Notice regarding fixing the guild restore that was messed up and restricting treasure room access until the next natural spawn.

1. Maybe make Kublin spawn every 4 hours regardless of the Hoe being turned in? This would make it fair for all time-zones. 

 

2. Please fix castle flags, they have been showing no emblems for over a month! Ruining my WoE immersion  :ph34r:

Please campitor, 1 month already... Add the transclass weapons! Krasnaya, Giant Axe, Battle Hook and others! We dont have transclass weapons.

There is a difference between manipulating spawns versus shutting down content for a week. 


Please campitor, 1 month already... Add the transclass weapons! Krasnaya, Giant Axe, Battle Hook and others! We dont have transclass weapons.

this so nice camp, well done
aight heres my concern:
-ETA on hack restore?

-how they hack or at least how to prevent/tackle them

-the hack massivity clarification... because it turns out my RT acc has been breached too, even if the culprit derive my RT acc from my RO1 acc, they still took my valued item in RT; hence they play in RT too bcs they know what item is valuable and what is not

Thank you very much for updates.

 

When can we get new costume enchant stones implemented?

 

Will we have WoE reward in the future? And moreover, for the Balance Concern, please consider disable GTB card, TAO card in WoE, which breaks the WoE balance system.

then add make it if a hoe is turned in, the 4hr timer starts and if a hoe doesnt get turned in, it will resummons in 12hrs/24hrs?

Please bring in missing Rockridge Calf Weapons and Rebel related OCP/KRO items in the next Kachua (Juggernaut, Ruff Officer [1]).

 

Also push forward on fixing the Episode 17.1 cards.

Hey campitor, on Chaos i would like to hear your opinion about Rudus Bounty boards as i suggested 2 months ago and the fix for hair dresser NPC.

Improve WoE rewards. Disable OCPs in WoE (MvPs and God's if you also want). Rebalance OCPs in PvM.

Hello campitor, sincerely it would be good if you could tell us if you have not thought about removing the OCP items from the woes, this proposal has been requested by several users and I think that more than one would be happy if they applied it. For your attention, thank you.

Not all OCP's need to be disabled in WoE. If anything, I do agree some items (1 in particular) are overpowered and should be adjusted. If that doesn't happen, the player should learn to adjust or get better, or work as a team with the correct class balance to counter certain classes, instead of complaining and QQ'ing on multiple threads lol.

Ok, so get rid of Pneuma haha. Ranged damage not working? Play melee or have a melee class in your guild take down the character with full range reduc.
