I play Rebel in WoE yet and while it is frustrating I can't hit or kill people with 100% range reduction or under Pnuema, I don't complain. It's part of the game and I adjust my tactics and move on.
 

Every class has certain roles and limitations in WoE. It's always been that way, always will be, with or without OCP.

Its actually mainly suicidal GXs though. Suicidal MA, die, flag back, then repeat. Another class that is kind of broken is RG but that is because they use NDL ie cheaters. However again, its OCPs Shield rings that allow them to reach high ACD, making it so easy to abuse NDL lol

Other classes are somewhat manageable.

I would say lowering the cooldown of ET only benefits those who can already easily complete the entire instance, multiplying the income of such groups. I'd rather the cooldown stayed at 1 week. It also makes it more like a "raid" because it does take a lot of time and prep to do, and having it be available too often only is going to lead to burn out.

And, I don’t really think so fire sales for Kachua is appropriate as we just got 2 Kachua in the server, and the second is still selling atm, unless the fire sales will include new gears or etc.

Keep in mind that the current method checkpoints you after floor 51. So doing "3 runs" are actually 1 full run + 2 later half.(or 2x lower half+ 1 full run)

giving 3 full runs a week is effectivelly more overall loot, and makes it specially more frustrating to deal with technical issues if you have no re-entry safety net whatsoever.

This does nothing to the "top end" of players and punishes the lower end

edit: It's also nice that you can go like "Ok this saturday i'm gonna get on my pc for 8 hours and bang everything out" and not be hard pressed to play an extensive instance during weekdays to not lose out on loot

It is nice to see that Camptior is giving us his schedule and what he is working on maybe do this more often. I think what we would like to see is a Event calendar for each month when a event starts and end rather than guessing. It would also be nice to give us details on what you are going to talk to the studio about and their response like how other games have a developer Q&A section. Having Blackfriday Sales Plans and Balance concern next to each other makes me concern about microtransaction purchasing. Should I be concern? I dunno.

Camp, I'm glad you made this.

 

I've been talking to a few people here and across discord to try and compile a list of feedback for Renewal.

 

So far my list is

 

 

 

• Spam Bots need to be dealt with, even on the forums they do not get removed.

 

• Forums are in Disarray - Main general discussion has old pinned messages, as well as more pinned messages on the first page, than created topics.

 

• Community is upset over OCP, are Rates too easy or too hard? Some Cash items are insanely good, while others are good but not broken like the rest.

 

• PvM vs WoE Rewards - WoE Items are outdated. God Items are lame in comparison to the new OCP items. Rewards are also lack in quantity and cannot support a guild. Lack of support and concern to WoE has killed the WoE Scene.

 

• Class Balance - Is GX MA good or bad? Should they nerf them or try and bring up other classes to be on-par? MA is out of control with its spam-ability, AoE and Damage. RG's are also strong, but not as broken as a GX currently.

 

I want to bring these topics up to help streamline the concerns. Most of the community I spoke with also feels that concerns have been ignored, and now the state of the server is suffering due to it. I want people to contribute to these topics so we can get some form of ball rolling maybe. Having been around since Loki, it hurts me to see iRO with almost no one around except afk vending, and then because of the way the game is, nothing selling, causing more to leave as well.

 

If you have more concerns, let me know and I'll add it to this list.

2. make jro 2nd class costume ticket purchaseable via cash shop, its fine if we want it as achievement reward. but 170 is too high. make it available via cash shop so more people can enjoy this.

 

3. afk leveling is auto-leveling char, isnt this why 3rd party macro and bot banned cuz automate something ? why dont we ban this as well?

Endless Tower Restrictions

Currently on the renewal server endless tower has a full week cool down between runs possible for characters. Through shenanigans it is possible for a user to do 3 full instances every week to farm mvps. This setting was a compromise done at the time to create a balance between users being locked down of the instance, and users able to repeat the instance as many times as they would like for 4 hours. This has never made us happy.

 

For RT were going to try something different in summary the changes will be as follows.

• Cooldown 36 - 90 hours depending on feedback
• No Re-Entry, DC or Die you are done for the day.
• Upon entry the user will recent 2 tokens of Siegfried with a limited life span of 4 hours. Keep in mind that the system will use the token that is closest to the first slot of your inventory. These tokens are character bound.
• There are no planned changes to the monster composition.

We would like your thoughts on this.

this is a bad suggestion. RT isnt like chaos where everything 1 shot MVPs and also have kafra shop consumeables availables (res token) and can farm 3x in 4 hours. climbing the tower on RT will be more challenging and may take awhile. also some people might have technical difficulties and may dc in between 4 hr run, thus punishing the rest of the party members that is inside the instance if theres 0 re entry. also dont forget that the very first ET run on your character, the 100th floor will boot everyone out to town after talking to the npc to advance to floor 101. and having no ashes to re entry the tower would make it impossible for anyone to complete the instance at all.

my suggestion is to keep the ashes. allowing people to safely comeback if they do disconnect. and have the NPC at the end of floor 100 to 101 to check your ashes and delete all ashes from inventories. that way after naught sieger is dead, there will be no more ashes for the people to re entry the towers.
