Is it possible to implement an NPC that will convert your daily login food reward into higher versions. Maybe go clone Charles Orleans or something for this

There's really not much incentive to use it at the moment.
Proposed restrictions:
- Must be at least level 100
- Converted food is still account bound
- 5 pcs +3 stat food = 1 upgraded 1-weight stat food
- Upgraded stat food is +7 (won't surpass VIP buff)
- Costs some reasonable zeny to convert.
- Maybe require the player to wear a Chef's Hat or complete the Cooking Quest first to make them work a bit.
- Must present all food items or nothing, just like when Charles makes you a food bundle.
Maybe a VIP feature.
I propose to make it just +7 since you have to wait 6 days to get them all unlike the VIP buffs plus they're account bound.
