Seraphim Coronet = 30% Increase for recovery skills at 120int
Seraph Feather = 5% + 30% for recovery skills to others, + additional 30% when healing yourself
Mob+ Sunglasses = 30% increase for recovery skills, but it has an additional 360 MATK which is counted for most of the Heal skills except Sanctuary.
and another question, what is the difference between "healing effectiveness" and "increase the recovery rate of recovery skills"?
